Wine Pairing Dinner at the Marshal (NYC)
Kick off Sustainability Week at The Marshal with an intimate, thoughtfully curated wine dinner celebrating some of New York’s most compelling vineyards and seasonal, responsibly sourced cooking.

On February 23rd at 6pm, join us for a six-course, wood-fired menu paired with six wines from three standout wineries — Anthony Road Wine Company, Whitecliff Vineyards, and Damiani Wine Cellars — each chosen to highlight the harmony between sustainable farming and expressive winemaking. From a bright, skin-fermented white and an elegant Riesling to a delightful Hudson Valley red, each pairing is designed to elevate dishes featuring local seafood, pasture-raised meats, and winter produce, all prepared with Chef Charlie’s signature live-fire approach. This one-night-only experience is a celebration of place, craft, and sustainability—an evening of great wine, great food, and a shared commitment to a more sustainable future. We’ll be joined by a representative from each winery to talk about their wines and their sustainability certification from the New York Wine and Grape Foundation.
