Meritage Blending Class
BE A WINEMAKER FOR A DAY!!! – A Damiani Wine Club Member-Only Event
Damiani winemaker Katey Larwood will work with you to create bliss in a bottle as she demonstrates the ins and outs of blending a beautiful, age-able Meritage that best suits YOUR palate.
Learn what’s behind the making of a Meritage (rhymes with heritage) – a proprietary term denoting a Bordeaux style blend made outside of the Bordeaux region.
Every attendee will take home a bottle of their own blend, included in the cost of the ticket.
Additional bottles of your blend may be ordered at the event:
$60 per 750ml bottle, $120 per 1.5L magnum.
We will provide a charcuterie spread.
Dressing in layers and wearing warm and comfortable shoes is recommended.
