At the “Wine Palace”, our production facility on 5110 Peach Orchard Road, Hector, NY 14841 (the Big Green Barn on the corner of Peach Orchard Road and Route 414).
Come learn about the winemaking processes involved in created sparkling wines, what makes them so special and why to us at Damiani it’s a labor of love.
Visit our cellar while we’re actively building a yeast culture in preparation to tirage bottle our 2022 Blanc de Blanc; taste through the various stages of a sparkling wine’s life – base wine, early tirage, late tirage, dosage trials, and finished wine; and top it off with an exclusive tasting of very small-production sparkling wines spanning decades.

This is a seated event hosted at our wine production barn. Dressing in layers and wearing warm and comfortable shoes is recommended.
A full refund will be made available if you find yourself with Covid-19 symptoms or are in any way under the weather the morning of the event.
